Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears bulky brown painted plate armor. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair is brown and curly. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Being a Mayor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is greedy

Description: He has a large red mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his pastel robe. His hair is white and curly. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has shaved his head bald. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Theren grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). After a long history of fighting, Theren and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he's looking for his big break

He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to get a good night's sleep

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His brown hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south.
