Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Rael is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tharivol grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tharivol. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He worked as a nervous Stableman and found it very stressful. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is unsatisfied with his job
