History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Aelar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by lycanthropy.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His first spouse was a Tailor, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Tailor they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Sage, and he later adopted a second son.
