Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Now he works as a singing tutor during his time off.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
