Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he has the majority of his body covered in plate. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 73. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Born in the east to a Ploughman, Laucian learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Layabout mother left him crippled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Elven compassion.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and regain custody of his son
