When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: He wears an entirely brown suit with tan socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly ceremonial daggers and rapiers. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. Being a Mayor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in a small island village. Varis was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bather. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

History: Gifted from a young age, Laucian studied abroad. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Laborer. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Laborer for the past few years.
