History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hadarai was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hadarai grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hadarai. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He worked as a nervous Bounty Hunter and found it very stressful. He now owns his own business.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
