History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. He married young, but lost his spouse to brigands. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it.
