History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Carter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
