History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Recently the stress of being a Carter has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Description: He sports grey clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Efferil grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Efferil. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
