Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Quarion is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his youth he was a Dilettante, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Description: This late middle aged man wears yellow robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a shortspear, but if one is not available he will default to his longsword and is in decent physical shape. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes are blue and catlike.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Heian hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and elven compassion

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, marred by sweets. He has a long black beard with little hanging trinkets. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Thamior was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a tattered pair of loose green pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His red hair is long and unkept. This violet eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Interpreter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
