History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A freak accident while working with his Guard mother left him crippled. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Dyer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
