History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting brigands, the young Thervan began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and he wants revenge against brigands

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Junk Dealer who has hired him part-time. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Miner profession.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Miner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
