History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and to reunite with his old friends

History: The child of a Crown-heir, who enjoyed hunting, Peren was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Peren grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Peren.
