Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Fivin was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Fivin's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
