Description: A middle-aged man, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, and is pretty ugly. His chestnut hair is braided into rings. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Korfel took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Paelias is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the west to a Miller, Paelias learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miller.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Traki embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Traki lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Himo and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

Description: He is in excellent shape and typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull green iron scale mail. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. This amber eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
