History: He got into the Tanner business at a young age. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Tanner for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and to reunite with his absent mother

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Aerdeth is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Aerdeth hails from a village terrorized by orcs. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Butcher. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Butcher for hire.
