He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Berrian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
