History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His first spouse was a Barber, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Quarion grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
