His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Varis embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Varis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and to be a dyer again

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a black tunic with tan highlights, and long black pants that bunch up around his shoes. His blonde hair is braided into rings. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Himo is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Himo lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor
