Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His brown eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and usually wears his tan robe and has his scythe always slung over his shoulder. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Nim hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Revenge.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a brown coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a small hat upon his head. Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and retire the richest man in the east

Description: He wears a worn and beaten armor. He carries a battered whip and tarnished sai as well. He keeps his white hair in a flapper bob. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bowyer.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
