History: The child of a Mortician, who enjoyed hunting, Nim was taken on many hunting expeditions. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Rael hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Erdan has worked very hard to control his curse. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he has decided he is irredeemable
