History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Paelias never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born into a rich family. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
