History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Aelar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Aelar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Aelar. After a long history of fighting, Aelar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Arannis is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Arannis was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Through the years after Arannis was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Priest but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Aust was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His childhood dream was to be a Locksmith, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Locksmith, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Koeth's homeland. Koeth decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
