Description: An older man who is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times, he is not a threatening figure. His black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Theren's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Theren was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Theren grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Theren. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft violet waves gently in the breeze. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Thamior was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Thamior decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. After months of barely getting by, Thamior managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, and is pretty ugly. His blonde hair is long and unkept. His eyes are gray.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: An older man who wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it, he is not a threatening figure. His white hair is heavily combed to the right. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Eiravel is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Banker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
