He has done his best to style his chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Efferil was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Jeweler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
