History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He has never given up on his music dream.

History: Heian was born with his mother's beautiful face. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: This man stands a little under 4'9" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Dilettante. He has dyed his greying golden hair a little too much giving a sharp golden color. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Himo grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Himo. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
