Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a yellow tunic with blue highlights, and long tan pants that bunch up around his shoes. Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Peren grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
