History: He got into the Tanner business at a young age. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Aelar was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He struck the Tanner job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. The war was a terrible time for him, and Heian does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a Interpreter, his father struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Heian was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Heian's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
