Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Beiro was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Beiro alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: This southern man wears just a brown suit. His clothes are grease stained in places. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are green and catlike.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born to a Carter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His long white hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes are blue and catlike.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.
