He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born into a rich family. His first spouse was a Sage, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mayor for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult.
