Personality: Varis hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Varis was born with his father's beautiful face. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a tight fitting grey shirt and pants. He wears his white hair up in a very large beehive style do. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born to a Fletcher, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Peren grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Peren. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people; and to end his boredom

History: Quarion lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Baker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
