This search led him directly into Sage work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sage work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sage.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Peren alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
