Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Raer was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Raer decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He has never given up on his dancing dream.
