History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Actor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second daughter.

He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Naal is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. A true patriot, Naal would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has decided he is irredeemable
