History: Quarion was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
