History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 4'11". He dresses like a well dressed Adventurer does, and his gloved hand is found clutching a mace. His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Peren grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Peren. He's also a talented Miner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: Varis speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He got into the Healer business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Priest, but he was a colossal failure. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Healer responsibilities is difficult.

Description: He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his scythe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and wants a kiss
