History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Laucian grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
