His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He would ruin relationships and cause injury.
