Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured, marred by chocolates. His red hair is still thick. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Laucian was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He married young, but lost his spouse to gnolls. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a black vest and prefers grey and blue shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His white hair is knotted and matted. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Description: He wears red robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a kukri, but if one is not available he will default to his falchion. He carries with him a set of falchions, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair is white and very short. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Scribe arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aelar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Caeldrim grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'4" when asserting himself. His white hair is thinning but still full. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Enialis is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a Bricklayer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new body guard responsibilities is difficult
