History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has worked as a Barber like his father before him.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: He comes from a rich western family. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
