Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a blue vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his blue boots flare out at the collars. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has amber eyes and a blue hat with a brown feather.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital.
