Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Gardener hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: He wears yellow robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a falchion, but if one is not available he will default to his flail, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'11" when asserting himself. His brown hair is braided into rings. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Varis was born with his father's beautiful face. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Quarion took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. The war was a terrible time for him, and Naeris does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.
