Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His first spouse was a Mayor, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
