Personality: Koeth speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. After months of barely getting by, Koeth managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
