He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Born to a Mercenary, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Paelias was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Paelias's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Paelias and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Vanuath isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Vanuath lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Healer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Marshal, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and doesn't want to be a marshal and was forced into it by his family
