History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Korfel was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Barkeep. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.
