Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Tanner born in the past three hundred years. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gifted student he started as a Courier, but he got bored and became a Tanner. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and wants to work out more often

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spy. He has worked as a Spy like his mother before him.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stylist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
