History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rolen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rolen. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Aelar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lucan embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Masseuse but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Lucan was born with his mother's beautiful face. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
