Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a black shirt with thin white vertical stripes and violet pants. His auburn hair is lengthy. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When Dayereth reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

Description: This man is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Raer's homeland. Raer decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: He wears dark leathers with embroidery. He is portly but not overly obese. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Healer father left him crippled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
